All models are available with mechanical or digital controls for a more accurate and precise temperature regulation, thanks also to the detection that occurs directly in the tank. The tanks, from 7 to 25 Lt, single and double, are completely rounded and printed, allowing the operator to maintain maximum hygiene and to work in total safety and comfort. The high-efficiency direct and indirect heating technologies guarantee very rapid recovery times and the distribution of heat over a large surface area preserves the oil from damage due to excessive temperatures.

Bathtub top and front panels in STAINLESS STEEL AISI 304. Pressed tank with a wide cold zone profile to collect food residues and easy cleaning thanks to the absence of pipes and the large 1” exhaust section. Two stainless steel burners, located outside the tank, controlled by a solenoid valve with temperature control via a high-precision electric thermostat. The frying system, while maintaining the organoleptic characteristics of the oil, allows for healthy cooking by limiting the number of oil changes, with significant final savings. Pilot flame and safety system with thermocouple and thermostat. Temperature adjustment from 110 to 190°. Maximum estimated hourly production 20 kg. Average frying time 6 minutes. Preheating 10 minutes (from 20 to 190 °C). Electric ignition. Adjustable feet. BURNERS OUTSIDE THE TANK.
