Shipping costs and methods in Italy

This section outlines the shipping options available in Italy for goods sold and delivered via Ristofast logistics.

Italy

Shipping in Italy is free for orders over €250 + VAT, excluding deliveries to Islands, Calabria, Liguria, Venice and remote postal codes.

In these areas, shipping costs may vary depending on weight and size. Additional charges apply for bulky items (over 200 cm including packaging), glass products and custom-made items requiring dedicated delivery.

Summary of exceptions:

  • Deliveries to Islands, Calabria, Liguria, Venice or remote areas
  • Items larger than 200 cm
  • Glass products
  • Orders below €250 + VAT

The courier delivers at street level unless otherwise requested.

Delivery times are indicative and start from payment confirmation. They include production and shipping, except for “READY FOR DELIVERY” items.

“READY FOR DELIVERY” means the product is available and ready to ship.

Goods acceptance upon delivery

Ristofast carefully checks goods and packaging before shipping.

We strongly recommend accepting all deliveries with reservation.

Write on the delivery note:

“Accepted with reservation for inspection”

This allows you to verify the goods after delivery, as couriers do not allow opening packages before signing.

Always check the packaging condition. If damage is visible, clearly describe it on the delivery note (e.g. damaged box, dented pallet).

If these instructions are not followed, Ristofast will not be liable for damages and no refunds or replacements will be issued.

Shipping abroad

Ristofast delivers across Europe (EU and non-EU countries).

Shipping costs are quoted individually and paid by the customer.

Delivery is at street level.

Delivery times include production and shipping. For Europe, add approximately 5 working days to Italian delivery times.

Additional costs for non-Italian VAT companies:

  • Full order insurance
  • Customs clearance and documentation fees
