Worktop in AISI 304 stainless steel, front and side panels in AISI 304 stainless steel, Scotch Brite finish. One-piece watertight molded top. Cast iron plates with safety thermostat and 6-position selector that activates 6 different concentric power zones. Electric oven with Incoloy stainless steel heating elements with increased diameter. Grill with salamander function in the upper part and thermostat that allows accurate temperature regulation from 50° to 270°C. Oven chamber in AISI 430, with 4-level supports and pressed and ribbed stainless steel inner door. Line indicator light and temperature indicator light. Handles with high resistance double mold in AISI 304 stainless steel, thickness 20/10.
STANDARD EQUIPMENT Equipped with square cast iron plates with a 300 x 300 mm surface, 3.5 kW (optional 4 kW) each, they reach 400°C and are easily adjustable thanks to the selector which activates 6 different concentric power zones. This direct temperature control system guarantees significant energy savings and makes these cookers ideal for maintenance cooking and for boiling large quantities of water.The heating elements are hermetically fixed on a single-piece molded surface.
