Fresh pasta machine ideal for kneading and extruding dough in different formats. The grilled lid allows the insertion of ingredients even during processing.
Casing, bowl, bowl support, dough hook and propeller in AISI 304 stainless steel. Microswitch on bowl lid. Digital control panel. The tub is removable to facilitate and speed up the washing phase.
Equipped with water-cooled extrusion mouth and pasta cutting knife.
