Temperature adjustment from 50°C. at 270°C. Line indicator light and temperature indicator light. RIBBED plate, in satin steel with flush splash guard. Two zones with separate controls for independent and optimal temperature regulation. Slightly inclined cooking surface with large drain hole and conveyor into a special liquid-tight container.
