AISI 304 stainless steel tank top. Two moulded and rounded tanks equipped with independent controls and special rotating heating elements in Incoloy stainless steel with high durability that can reach the working temperature in a very short time, allowing a 60% oil saving. The frying system, maintaining the organoleptic characteristics of the oil unaltered, allows for healthy cooking by limiting the number of oil changes, with a significant final saving. The rotation of the heating element facilitates cleaning operations. Control of the set temperature by means of an adjustable thermostat up to 190°C and a safety thermostat with manual reset. Average frying time 5 minutes. Preheating 6 minutes (from 20 to 190°C). Maximum production 50 kg/h (Standard Model), 60 kg/h (High Power Model).
