External structure in stainless steel. Cooking plate in special steel with high thermal conductivity. High-performance satin chrome cooking plate due to lower radiation losses, its ability to accumulate heat and its simplicity in cleaning operations. Temperature regulation when fully operational. Piezoelectric flame ignition. Thermostatic temperature regulation with safety valve and thermocouple. Self-stabilizing flame burner with multiple sectors based on the various models, ensuring high uniformity in heating.
The cooking plates can be made of chrome or iron.
