Satin chrome cooking plate with high efficiency due to lower dispersion by radiation, for the capacity to accumulate heat and for its simplicity in cleaning operations. Temperature regulation in regime. Piezoelectric ignition of the flame. Thermostatic regulation of the temperature with safety valve and thermocouple. Self-stabilizing flame burner with multiple sectors based on the various models, ensuring high uniformity in heating.
The cooking plates can be made of chrome, iron or stainless steel.
