USABLE PANS
Flat bottom containers with a diameter between 12 and 26 cm made of:

  • enamelled steel/iron
  • stainless steel pans
  • cast iron cookware
  • pots in aluminum and very resistant anodization but only if they have a specific bottom for use on induction hobs

PANS NOT USABLE
  • containers with rounded bottom or with feet
  • containers with a diameter of less than 12 cm and more than 26 cm
  • containers made of: glass, ceramic, terracotta, aluminum and copper unless these pans are equipped with a special base for use with an induction plate.
