The highly efficient direct heating technology guarantees very fast recovery times and the heat distribution over a large surface protects the oil from damage due to excessive temperatures. The perfectly rounded edges of the molded tank and the large slide allow the operator to maintain maximum hygiene and work in total safety and comfort.

Worktop and front and side panels in 304 stainless steel. Stainless steel interior. Incoloy stainless steel heating elements positioned directly inside the tank, foldable into a vertical position to facilitate cleaning operations. Safety device for turning off the electricity supply with resistors in a vertical position. Temperature control via thermostat from 80°C to 190°C with more accurate detection thanks to the sensors placed inside the tank. Line indicator light and temperature indicator light. AISI 304 stainless steel tank with large rounded edges and large cold area, below the heating elements, for settling residues. The top, with rounded edges, incorporates a slightly inclined surface for placing the baskets which facilitates the draining of the oil. Ball drain cock, located inside the compartment, controlled by a handle with athermal grip, with steel collection tray.
