The 40 liter AISI 316 pressed steel tank, characterized by large rounded edges, is equipped with a false bottom for supporting the large baskets. The drainer ensures a large and comfortable support surface.

High performance guaranteed by incoloy stainless steel heating elements located directly inside the tank and protected by the perforated bottom for supporting the baskets. Control for regulating the power supplied with control light. Pressed tub with large rounded edges made entirely of AISI 316 stainless steel. Water circulation guaranteed by a perforated bottom that spaces the baskets 10 cm from the bottom. Large diameter overflow for eliminating excess starches during cooking. Support surface with drainer function, removable, flush with the surface. The spout placed on the surface allows you to regulate the flow of water using a control located on the dashboard. Ball drain cock, located inside the compartment, controlled by a handle with athermal grip.
