A complete range of gas and electric fry tops with single or double plate , in steel or chrome , to allow "contact" cooking of any type of food, even the most delicate dish. The uniform temperature distribution system guarantees optimal cooking without heat dispersion, with consequent advantages in terms of energy saving and improvement of the working environment. The cooking residues are conveyed into the appropriate channel and collected in a large drawer through the large drain hole. Optional high temperature resistant Teflon cap.

Worktop and front and side panels in 304 stainless steel. Stainless steel interior. Large surface tubular burners with self-stabilised flame for greater uniformity of heat distribution. Adjustment of the power supplied via continuously operating tap. Pilot flame and thermocouple safety valve. Piezoelectric ignition with rubber protection. Maximum temperature over 300°C. Full-size, high-thickness ribbed satin-finished steel plate with flush splashguard. Slightly inclined cooking surface with large drain hole and conveyor in a special watertight container. Large compartment completely in steel.
