CHARACTERISTICS
- Innovative cooking system: the cooking chamber combines the characteristics of the Sorrento Biscuit with the properties of Activestone, so as to reach high temperatures in a very short time and maintain them throughout the working day.
- 5" Touch control panel, simple to use, offering perfect control of the oven's functions.
- The automatically activated suction system retains the fumes while maintaining a homogeneous temperature in the cooking chamber.
- The leavening cell contains up to a maximum of 24 plastic pizza boxes at a maximum temperature of 60° C, equipped with a humidifier tray support and 4 swivel wheels, 2 of which with brakes.
- Chamber handle equipped with cool touch technology.
- Double LED lighting at the top (hood) and bottom (proofer).
