The MINI combo allows you to portion or portion and round or just round the loaves of pizza dough according to the
chosen weights (from a minimum of 30 g to a maximum of 300 g).
By virtue of their small size and their easy use, these devices are ideal for inclusion in the artisan and industrial production laboratory as well as in the traditional pizzeria.
The high production capacity (700/1200 pieces/hour) makes these machines indispensable tools for the world of pizzerias with dough fermentation in the fridge.
The MINI professional rounder uses the force of gravity and ensures that the dough rolls up thanks to the natural rising movement of the auger. Stainless steel structure with Teflon-coated aluminum screw.

AUTOMATIC HOPPER DIVIDER
