Structure entirely made of AISI 304 18/10 Scotch Brite stainless steel, 2.0 mm thick. Rounded upper surface in AISI 304 stainless steel with built-in smoke exhaust chimney. AISI 430 steel cooking plate, 15.0 mm thick, 1/2 smooth and 1/2 ribbed. Splash guards in AISI 304 stainless steel. Front channel with drain hole and oil and grease collection drawer. High efficiency two flame tube gas burners: nr. 2 independent zones in the 800 mm models. Valved tap, thermocouple and piezo electric ignition, with max-min temperature adjustment. Knobs and handles in athermal material. Height-adjustable feet in AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel. CE certification of conformity.
