17 liter tank in AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel, 2.0 mm thick, completely rounded and molded in a single piece, with a cold area where cooking residues are collected and easily evacuated via the drain. The surface is molded and equipped with a large rounded recess to have a large expansion area for the oil in order to avoid any overflow during cooking and movement of the baskets. The oil drain cock is made of chromed brass and the drain itself takes place in a steel basin complete with AISI 304 stainless steel filter. Heating takes place via high-performance stainless steel armored resistors, fixed with a special device that allows the rotation, for easier cleaning of the tub. The temperature of the cooking oil is controlled by a high precision electric thermostat which controls an electric contactor which supplies power to the heating units. The maximum working temperature is calibrated at 190°C, and a safety thermostat interrupts the power circuit in the event of anomalies which cause the oil temperature to exceed 230°C. The bulbs of the working and safety thermostats are positioned in a protected way inside the resistors. There are 2 warning lights on the dashboard: 1 orange (machine on/off) and 1 white (resistors live) which respectively indicate the presence of voltage and the heating units being powered up. Hinged door with magnetic closure in AISI 430 stainless steel. Height-adjustable feet in AISI 304 stainless steel.
