Quick is the professional wood and gas oven with high production capacity.
Available both with a base on wheels and in a top version to be placed on an existing base, this pizza oven reaches 450°C in 40 minutes and cooks up to 110 pizzas in an hour. Cooking time per batch is 90 seconds.
The robust but at the same time light structure allows for a wide versatility of use, in addition to the common installation in a pizzeria or restaurant, thanks to the wheels it can be taken outside the premises during the summer, or used in mobile catering services such as catering or food truck.
