Quattro is the professional wood-fired oven ideal for cooking pizza, designed for those catering businesses with a limited production capacity. It bakes up to 60 pizzas in an hour and, thanks to the wheels and low weight, it is perfect for pizzerias, fast food outlets, catering, events, or mobile catering.
This super-fast pizza oven reaches 450°C in 30 minutes, the 8cm thick refractory surface absorbs heat and releases it slowly allowing for fast and even cooking. Available in gas, wood and hybrid versions, the Quattro professional oven will always guarantee superior quality of your dishes.
