DESCRIPTION
The use of fryers in pastry shops requires machines with different technical and structural characteristics than those suitable for gastronomy. Thanks to the large cooking surface and the low depth of the tank, even the most delicate or large desserts such as bomboloni, krapfen and fritters can be fried uniformly and without overlapping pieces.
The tanks are made entirely of steel, with rounded corners and a printed bottom for maximum cleanability. Upon request, they can be supplied with a lateral drainer, applicable to both the right and left of the appliance, and an anti-floating mesh to ensure total coverage of the food in the oil.
