STANDARD EQUIPMENT
Equipped with square or round cast iron plates with a surface of 220 x 220 mm or a diameter of 220 mm, each with 2.6 kW , they reach 400°C and are easily adjustable thanks to the selector that activates 6 different concentric power zones. This direct temperature control system guarantees significant energy savings and makes these cookers ideal for holding cooking and boiling large quantities of water. The heating elements are hermetically fixed on a one-piece moulded surface.
