Our line of retarder-proving cabinets boasts the following features:
- monocoque with 6 cm insulation with HFO polyurethane foam, which has a GWP level 0
- cell operating temperature -6° + 40°C
- device with fully automated digital control meeting Industry 4.0 requirements.


The retarder-prover cabinets can perform multiple functions including:
• management of cooling, heating and maintenance
• humidification/dehumidification function in the 71FLUMI and 91FLUMI versions
• management and operation via temperature reading of probes: evaporator, suction cell
• cold/heat/hold function
• complete retarding/rising cycles can be performed by setting times and temperature and ventilation characteristics. Of course it can also be used for preserving, defrosting, drying, etc.

Features of control and expansion system for remote management
The control system can manage 3 main functions: heat, cold and maintenance.
Each main function has several sub-functions and settings to control temperature, timing, ventilation, air purity, humidity.
On the initial screen there are some programs created by the manufacturer, but the operator can create new ones to meet his needs by linking the primary functions as he sees fit.
It is possible to create programs to maintain controlled humidity, this is to avoid weight loss in some cases and to prevent mold from proliferating in others, it is possible to create programs to defrost, sanitize food and utensils, to transform certain foods thanks to the primary and secondary such as leavening.

Remote control system
Once enabled by the subscription, the control system can communicate with a web server in a bidirectional manner.
It is possible to check and download all HACCP data, events and also view the machine monitor, its parameters and what it is doing in real time.
Furthermore, if an e-mail address is inserted, it can send any alarm messages, machine downtime, etc. At a subsequent level which is reserved for the technician/installer it is also possible to modify the parameters and control the machine remotely in all its main functions.
It is also possible from a dedicated area on the web server to draw on the machine's event recordings and use them as a dialogue window with other quality management, logistics and software systems/software that the operator uses.
