40 cm pizza dough roller with two parallel rolls, ideal for 60x40 cm pizza trays.

Equipped with an innovative Touch and Go system: the machine will start automatically, via sensors, when the dough is inserted into the inlet housing, reducing consumption and wear.

The digital panel allows you to set a machine run time from 10 to 35 seconds.

The machine does not apply heat to the dough, ensuring that its characteristics remain unaltered during the working process.
