Worktop and front and side panels in 304 stainless steel. Stainless steel interior. 6 mm thick glass ceramic top. Maximum energy saving as the heating of the cooking area is activated only when the pan is in direct contact with the surface. Characterized by a perfectly smooth surface, they guarantee quick cleaning, in just a few gestures and in a few minutes, without the use of aggressive detergents. The thickness of the top, equal to 60/10, and the precision in regulating the temperature, allow you to work in complete safety. Glass ceramic cookers reach 500°C in a few seconds and are equipped with a warning light, positioned on the hob, which signals the presence of residual heat up to 60°C. In induction cookers, energy saving is ensured by immediately reaching the maximum temperature inside the cooking containers whilst keeping the hob completely cold. The high energy efficiency is given by the absence of heat dispersion and consumption reduced by over 30%.
