Cooking directly over the flame, for sautéing or sautéing, remains a staple of culinary tradition for all chefs. Thanks to their full and rounded design, the cast iron grates create a single work surface where you can move the pans easily. The high thickness guarantees long life and resistance, as well as easy cleaning. The burners entirely made of thick, high-power cast iron, 3.5 kW, 7 kW and 12 kW, are guaranteed for life. The high energy efficiency allows gas savings of at least 30% per year compared to traditional burners. The complete removability of the hob, with completely rounded edges, guarantees maximum hygiene and cleanliness and above all easy maintenance.

Worktop and front and side panels in 304 stainless steel. AISI 430 interior. 80 mm cast iron burners, with adjustment up to 3.5 kW, 108 mm, with adjustment up to 7 kW and 130 mm, with adjustment up to 12 kW. Thermocouple safety valve and protected pilot flame. Gas oven with self-stabilizing flame burner positioned under the ribbed steel sole and adjustable thermostat from 160° to 280°C. Oven chamber in AISI 430, with 4-level supports and pressed and ribbed stainless steel inner door. Internal fireplace in AISI 304 stainless steel and burner support in AISI 430 stainless steel. Handles with high resistance double mold in AISI 304 stainless steel, thickness 20/10.
