Cooking directly over the flame, for pan-frying or sautéing, remains a staple of culinary tradition for all chefs. Worktop and front and side panels in 304 stainless steel. AISI 430 interior. 108 mm cast iron burners, with adjustment up to 7 kW, and 130 mm, with adjustment up to 12 kW. Thermocouple safety valve and protected pilot flame. Handles with high resistance double mold in AISI 304 stainless steel, thickness 20/10.
