All models are available with mechanical controls for more accurate and precise temperature regulation, also thanks to the detection that takes place directly in the tank. The tanks, from 10 to 18 litres, single and double, are completely rounded and moulded, allowing the operator to maintain maximum hygiene and work in total safety and comfort. Highly efficient direct heating technologies guarantee very rapid recovery times and the distribution of heat over a large surface preserves the oil from damage due to excessive temperatures.

ELECTRIC FRYER ON CABINET - 18 LT
Tank top and front panels in AISI 304 stainless steel. Molded and rounded tank, equipped in the double model, with independent controls and special highly durable Incoloy stainless steel rotating resistors which can reach the working temperature in a very short time, allowing for energy savings. 60% oil. The frying system, by preserving the organoleptic characteristics of the oil unaltered, allows you to cook in a healthy way by limiting the number of oil changes, with a significant final saving. The rotation of the resistance facilitates cleaning operations. Control of the set temperature via thermostat adjustable up to 190°C and safety thermostat with manual reset. Average frying time 4 minutes. Preheating 4-6 minutes (20 to 190°C). Maximum production: 30 kg/h in the Turbo version (Electric fryer on compartment - 18 lt), 35 kg/h in the High Power version (Electric fryer on compartment - 18 lt). Adjustable feet.
