ELECTRIC FRYERS
All models are available with mechanical controls for a more accurate and precise temperature regulation, thanks also to the detection that occurs directly in the tank. The tanks, from 10 to 18 Lt, single and double, are completely rounded and printed, allowing the operator to maintain maximum hygiene and to work in total safety and comfort. The high-efficiency direct heating technologies guarantee very rapid recovery times and the distribution of heat over a large surface area preserves the oil from damage due to excessive temperatures.

ELECTRIC FRYER - 10 LT
AISI 304 stainless steel tank top and front panels. Pressed and rounded tank equipped with special rotating heating elements in highly durable Incoloy stainless steel, which can reach the working temperature in a very short time, allowing for a 60% oil saving. The frying system, maintaining the organoleptic characteristics of the oil unaltered, allows for healthy cooking, limiting the number of oil changes, with a significant final saving. The rotation of the heating element facilitates cleaning operations. Control of the set temperature by means of an adjustable thermostat up to 190°C and a safety thermostat with manual reset. Average frying time 4 minutes. Preheating 4-5 minutes (from 20 to 190°C). Maximum production 25 kg/h ( E7F10-4B, E7F10-4M ), 30 kg/h ( E7F10-4BS, E7F10- 4MS ). Adjustable feet (version with cabinet).
