GAS FRYERS
All models are available with mechanical or digital controls for more accurate and precise temperature regulation, also thanks to the detection that takes place directly in the tank. The tanks, from 7 to 25 litres, single and double, are completely rounded and moulded, allowing the operator to maintain maximum hygiene and work in total safety and comfort. The high-efficiency direct and indirect heating technologies guarantee very rapid recovery times and the distribution of heat over a large surface preserves the oil from damage due to excessive temperatures.

Tank top and front panels in AISI 304 stainless steel. 2 independent rounded tanks with a large cold zone profile for collecting food residues. Tubular honeycomb burners. The frying system, by preserving the organoleptic characteristics of the oil unaltered, allows you to cook in a healthy way by limiting the number of oil changes, with a significant final saving. Safety system with thermocouple valve and safety thermostat, protected pilot flame. Temperature adjustment with 7 positions from 110 to 190°C. Estimated maximum hourly production 24 kg. Average frying time 5 minutes. Preheating 10 minutes (from 20 to 190°C). Piezoelectric ignition with silicone protection. Adjustable feet (version with cabinet).
