Front channel with drain hole and oil and grease collection drawer. Power control with thermostat switch; 50°C-240°C thermostat for the working temperature and safety thermostat with manual reset. Knobs and handles in athermal material. Feet in AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel, adjustable in height.
