Structure entirely made of AISI 304 18/10 Scotch Brite stainless steel. Rounded upper surface in AISI 304 stainless steel with built-in smoke exhaust chimney. AISI 430 steel cooking plate, 15 mm thick, smooth. Splash guards in AISI 304 stainless steel. Front channel with drain hole and oil and grease collection drawer. High efficiency two flame tube gas burners: nr. 2 independent zones. Valved tap, thermocouple and piezo electric ignition, with max-min temperature adjustment. Knobs and handles in athermal material. Height-adjustable feet in AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel. CE certification of conformity.
