Suitable for cooking dry pasta, stuffed pasta, rice, vegetables and steam cooking with the use of special perforated trays in water. Structure entirely made of AISI 304 18/10 Scotch Brite stainless steel. Rounded worktop in AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel, 2.0 mm thick, with anti-overflow recess and support for draining baskets, with built-in rear chimney. Pressed tanks in anti-corrosion AISI 316 stainless steel with rounded corners, 40 liter capacity, equipped with false bottom for baskets. Front area for touching and evacuating starches, with relative drain hole, with front shelf for supporting perforated stainless steel baskets. Water filling and top-up taps in the tank with control on the dashboard. Drain made of 18/10 stainless steel tube controlled by a ball valve with easily accessible operating lever. Heating via armored stainless steel resistors inside the tank for maximum thermal efficiency, controlled by a temperature adjustment thermostat 50°C-100°C, with general indicator light + heating element operation indicator light. AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel perforated baskets with athermal handle with different combinations of baskets. Knobs and handles in athermal material. Height-adjustable feet in AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel.
