Ideal for working hard and soft doughs for pizza, bread and pastry products.

CONTROL PANEL
Simple to use control panel: by pressing the "START" button (in single-speed models), "I" or "II" (in two-speed models) the machine will start and the bowl will begin to rotate clockwise. To stop the machine simply press the "STOP" button.

The mushroom button on the side of the panel allows you to stop the machine in case of emergency.
