Electrical resistors capable of reaching high temperatures (500°C) heat the hob by radiation. Circular zone heating circuit: internal diameter of 160 mm and possibility of extending the radiation diameter to 250 mm on each zone, with temperature regulation up to 2.5 kW. The areas are highlighted by special silk-screen printing which allows correct positioning of the pans. After each individual zone is turned off, a light signals the residual heat up to 60°C, to safeguard the operator's safety. Highly resistant handle in 20/10 thick AISI 304 steel. Adjustable feet.
