STANDARD EQUIPMENT
Equipped with square or round cast iron plates with a 220 x 220 mm surface or 220 mm diameter , 2.6 kW each , they reach 400°C and are easily adjustable thanks to the selector which activates 6 different concentric power zones. This direct temperature control system guarantees significant energy savings and makes these cookers ideal for maintenance cooking and for boiling large quantities of water. The heating elements are hermetically fixed on a single-piece molded surface.
