Worktop in AISI 304 stainless steel. Incoloy steel heating elements placed under the cooking plate. Thermostatic control and safety thermostat with manual reset. Temperature adjustment from 50°C. at 270°C. Line indicator light and temperature indicator light. Available in the following versions:
- Smooth satin steel plate, with flush splashguard;
- Smooth plate with hard chrome coating , with flush splash guard, for a shiny and easily cleanable surface, with a low level of heat radiation which guarantees greater comfort for the operator. Particularly suitable for delicate cooking.
Slightly inclined cooking surface with large drain hole and conveyor into a special liquid-tight container.
