Worktop in AISI 304 stainless steel. Large surface tubular burners with self-stabilised flame for greater uniformity of heat distribution. Adjustment of the power supplied via continuously operating tap. Pilot flame and thermocouple safety valve. Piezoelectric ignition with silicone protection.
Available in the following versions:
- Smooth satin steel plate, with flush splashguard. Maximum temperature over 300°C ;
- Smooth plate with hard chrome coating , with flush splash guard, for a shiny and easily cleanable surface, with a low level of heat radiation which guarantees greater comfort for the operator. Maximum temperature controlled within 280°C . Particularly suitable for delicate cooking.
Slightly inclined cooking surface with large drain hole and conveyor into a special liquid-tight container.
