Semi-professional retro style meat grinder grater, ideal for home use and small businesses. Beautiful and functional, despite its small size, it is able to mince meat in the recommended quantities, to obtain ragù, meatballs, Swiss, sausages.

The grating part is able to process parmesan, hard cheeses, biscuits, bread, dried fruit.

The grinding block is easily removable for thorough and simple cleaning. The stainless steel version is dishwasher safe.

The grater presser is equipped with a lock that interrupts the operation of the appliance when it is opened beyond the safety threshold.

Not suitable for continuous use, the machine is capable of mincing up to 10 kg of meat cut into small pieces in 10 minutes.
