The ECO POWER SERIES is characterised by all the burners with a diameter of 120 mm and a power of 6 kW and a single burner with a power of 3.5 kW and a reduced diameter, guaranteeing maximum versatility of use. Single and independent grids for better manoeuvrability and greater ease of cleaning. High-power sealed burners, built entirely of cast iron with an external nickel-plated finish, guaranteed for life and hermetically fixed on a pressed AISI 304 stainless steel worktop. Enamelled cast iron pan support grids resistant to thermal and mechanical stress. The ovens are built entirely of stainless steel and are available with both gas and electric power, static and convection. The joints between appliances are designed to be precise and easy to clean. Optional electric ignition of burners, doors for open compartment.

Worktop and front panels in AISI 304 stainless steel. Burners entirely in cast iron, guaranteed for life, operated by a valve tap and fixed in a liquid-tight manner to the deep- drawn AISI 304 steel top. Safety thermocouple on both models. Equipped with a burner pilot flame protected by a brass cover for easy cleaning and maintenance. Adjustable feet (versions with cabinet).
