They are made of stainless steel and pre-painted sheet metal. Refractory stone hob. Evaporated rock wool insulation. Steam exhaust in the center of the chamber. Interior lighting. Gas powered with safety valves. Burners placed on the hob. Designed to optimally cook the most imaginative pizzas and refined gastronomy dishes. Stackable up to 2 chambers of 4, 6 and 9 pizzas each.
