General characteristics
The machines produce cold, dry flat flake ice.
The ice has a very pleasant appearance, the flat flakes are overlapping and slide with each other in such a way that they have a cooling capacity for a long time.
Its applications are very diverse: fishing industry, sea ports, wholesale fish industries and markets, supermarkets, fishmongers, butchers, bakeries, pastry shops, retail markets, construction....
The cars they are compact, the motor and the evaporator are positioned in the same casing and therefore the user installation is
simple and fast.
They can also be supplied only with the evaporator to be connected to a remote unit.
THE MANUFACTURER recommends using a filter or a water softener device. Reducing or eliminating calcium from water can significantly improve the life and efficiency of your machinery by preventing calcium build-up in kettles, hot water coils and taps. It also prevents the formation of white marks on glasses and plates. Any damage caused by limescale deposits is not covered by the warranty
