Cooking plate in special polished hard chrome steel, 1.5 cm thick, with high thermal conductivity, easily cleanable, with a low level of radiation, avoiding unnecessary and annoying heat dispersion into the environment. This allows you to achieve significant energy savings
Perimeter splashback with drain hole and drawer for collecting cooking residues
Uniformity of temperature distribution guaranteed by the fixing of the steel resistance blocks directly in the lower part of the plate (number of cooking zones from 1 to 5; power kW 5.4 each; power supply 400 V / 3 N / 50 Hz).

Switch and working thermostat for temperature regulation 0-270°C, safety thermostat with manual reset, with general indicator light plus heating element operating indicator light.
