Cooking plate in special steel, 1.5 cm thick, with high thermal conductivity, easily cleanable, with a low level of radiation, avoiding unnecessary and annoying heat dispersion into the environment. This allows you to achieve significant energy savings
Perimeter splashback with drain hole and drawer for collecting cooking residues
Uniformity of temperature distribution guaranteed by the gas burners (number of burners from 1 to 5; power kW 5.8 each) with three high-performance flame tubes; temperature regulation via thermostat thanks to the control sensors mounted directly on the plate.
