Our line of mussel cleaners is able to significantly reduce manual working hours. They are equipped with a modern electronic apparatus with switch and multifunction digital timer, transparent cover for controlling the processing phases and protection microswitches. The most interesting innovations concern the abrasive walls and the plate which can be dismantled, cleaned and replaced within a few seconds even by the same operator. The machine also offers the double possibility of unloading: on the ground or on the wall and the drawer with filter for collecting waste is standard. The machines, entirely made of stainless steel for better hygiene and cleaning, are fully compliant with CE standards.
