Hygienically designed, the mincer's grinding unit can be completely separated from the machine body for thorough and effective cleaning. The grater has a special steel roller and is protected by a stainless steel grate to avoid contact with moving parts. A microswitch is mounted on the cheese pressure handle, which intervenes when the safety threshold is exceeded when loading the cheese, to avoid contact with the moving cutting part.
