Very powerful, silent, ventilated induction motor of Italian production with thermal projection for overloads. Speed reducer composed of 4 helical gears in oil bath. Reverse gear as standard. Meat grinding unit is completely removable and can be stored in the fridge or washed carefully even in the dishwasher (only the stainless steel version).
